Workshop 1: Build a Reusable Deal-Screening Workflow
Founded by former private equity investors and AI engineers, Chariot Labs is joining Road To Carry, WithCoverage, and Ramp for a three-part workshop series. Together, they’re combining their experience to explore AI in everyday PE work, from screening deals and mapping markets to applying AI at portfolio companies.
Why this is important:
Deal teams review a high volume of CIMs, but the first-pass screen often involves the same repetitive work: extracting key facts, checking fit against the investment criteria, and distilling the opportunity into a view. A reusable AI workflow can make that process faster and more consistent, giving the team more time to focus on the opportunities that warrant deeper diligence.
What attendees bring:
- A laptop
- An approved AI account (at least pro/business subscriptions for Claude / ChatGPT. Free accounts will not work)
- An approved redacted historical CIM with the associated screening memo.
Sample materials will be available for participants who don’t have that.
What attendees leave with:
- A reusable screening workflow skill
- Draft one-page memo.
Registration:
Limited to 35 approved guests. Every request joins the waitlist for individual review. Your seat is confirmed only after approval.
